I came into the spa last minute pretty bummed because I got my nails done somewhere else and they did a horrible job, my nails were uneven and were nothing like what I wanted. Rosi took the time and patience to listen and fixed my nails despite how late it was. She gave me exactly what I wanted with ease and stayed after closing time just to fix my nails.
